Frequently Asked Questions

1. How soon can my new furniture be delivered?
   Any item that is in stock can usually be delivered on the same or the next day, or else whenever convenient between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Items made to order depend on manufacturer's lead times.
2. Can I park near the store?
   We have free customer parking at the rear of our store.
3. Will I get help?
   Our friendly helpful staff are on hand to deal with any request you may have, but you will not be pestered.
4. Will I have to assemble the furniture myself?
   Most of our furniture is ready assembled, but if not of our goods are assembled free of charge, unless stated in the showroom (eg large wardrobes that take a while to install).
5. What about my old furniture?
   We can remove your old furniture for you but unfortunately due to increasing costs there is a nominal charge.
6. How can I pay for my furniture?
   We take old fashioned cash, cheque (subject to clearance), and most major debit or credit cards.
